Damiano Fracasso is a fantastic attorney. I would refer him to anyone who is looking for a dedicated, hardworking, thorough and professional lawyer. Not only is he dedicated, he makes you feel you are the only one he represents. He goes beyond expectations in getting the job done. If case information is being requested, you will most definitely be receiving a text and/or email during evening and or weekend hours. His client's interest is always his priority. I felt truly blessed in having Mr. Fracasso on my side in court.

This lawyer is so unprofessional and it's disgusting to know that he still has his license active to fraud vulnerable people just looking for help in their cases. He's so judgemental and will start getting emotionally involved in his cases which he will become very disrespectful and unprofessional. Also, he is known for writting false accusations to the court and making it sounds like victim in these cases instead of advocating for his clients.

Don't pay attention to the 5 reviews here, they are likely written by his friends and relatives. Good lawyers don't get this many 1 reviews. He's a very bad and unprofessional attorney. Google him and see what happened when he was involved with the Hackettstown school district. If you use him, you are at an automatic disadvantage because he is disliked very much by the judges, police, and other authorities in NJ. He's like that My Cousin Vinny lawyer in the movie, but not as good as that guy even. A very ambulance chaser demeanor, will convince you that you have a great case, do little work, and then bill you and bill you. Stay away!

This attorney will file any law suit as long as you are willing to pay even if he knows it is a loser case, he will take your money and drag the case out as long as he can hoping for a settlement, then when his case is thrown out, he will take more of your money for the appeal. This is the kind of lawyer that gives lawyers a bad rap. This guy should loose his license.

Damiano Fracasso only cares about running up the bill. He files frivolous lawsuits with the goal of harassment and charging his clients exorbitant fees. He was even reprimanded by a judge for making more of a case than he should have. He makes false accusations on the public record and in open court when he has no proof to back up his accusations. He is very slippery where he will try to add things into letters and orders and say that they were agreed to. Unfortunately, this man gives all attorneys a bad name.

Damian Fraccasso is an AMAZING lawyer. Very knowledgeable, up front and honest. I have used his services three times, and was beyond satisfied each time. I liked that you deal with him, and only him, no secretaries, etc. I highly recommend him if you want a lawyer who is very intelligent, knowledgeable and honest. I will never use another lawyer.

I have nothing but good things to say about this young man. Attentive, honest,extremely knowledgeable, and passionate about his work. Some people may take him as being arrogant, but that is not it at all;he is very upfront and straight forward, pulls no punches... honest, ethical, and looks out for your BEST interest. i highly recommend him, at least, as a divorce lawyer, which was my experience. MLC :)

Mr. Fracasso is an excellent litigator in both civil (mostly divorce or financial related) or criminal (mostly municipal court) cases. He is the very definition of a zealous advocate. Now zealous litigators tend to be "Type A," brash, bold and maybe even annoying -- but he is not trying to win a popularity contest, he's representing his clients. He really stands up to adversaries and judges whom he faces. They may not like him much but they do take him very seriously. They know that, if they don't give his client a good plea bargain or a fair trial, he will take the case to trial or on appeal, respectively. This is exactly what you want in an advocate and I highly recommend him to any client who wants an attorney 100% dedicated to achieving the best results for his clients.

Was court ordered to mediate a child visitaiton issue, it cost me $1400.00 & the Ex $1400.00 and I still dont see my daughter, its been 2 years. I have no iterest or desire to pay Mr. Fracasso any more money for NOTHING. I personally would not recommend him for Family Law.

When we left him after our first consultation (400 poorer and me in tears), we were led to believe that he would follow up with the people involved. The only thing he did was look up the law on the intenet and sent it to us via email. Three weeks later, he met with us again, having done nothing other than the email. He collected another $500 and informed us it would cost at least $5000, even though we told him from the beginning we did not have the money for a costly litigation suit. He listened to NOTHING we said, and did NOTHING. We wound up going to another lawyer who sat down with us, listened to us, and will work with us - not just collect our money. Mr. Fracasso does not know how to be a nice person - there isn't an ounce of kindness in him. Money totally rules him and he is an excellent example of why people don't like lawyers.

Fracasso knows his stuff. If your looking for a lawyer that is just going to roll over then he's not for you. Fracasso is a fighter. When the municipal court judge screwed my over, Fracasso appealed my case and got the lower judge overturned. He is tenacious. Be wary of these one liner non-specific reviews that look like they came from his competition rather than a client.

I used Damiano on two occasions when other attorneys said the outcome of these cases would not turn out favorable for me. Damiano does he research and totally prepares himself for court. I was amazed that in one of the cases he actually challenged the judge as to the interpretation of a statute, after the judges review, he had agreed in fact Mr. Fracasso had it right and did his homework ! Results...both cases won.

This Guy is top shelf. You only deal with him, not sub par office staff. He is completely wired, Blackberry, Wireless lap top. After 21 years as a Union Shop Steward I hired Damiano for my Divorce. He saved my Business, my House and protected my Daughter. Its like having a Big Brother thats a Lawer. This guy has Heart.

Hired him for a municipal case because it was a "free" consultation. Huge mistake. He is a one man show no secretary just him does not answer phone calls. Cost me thousands to get a REAl ATTORNEY. stay clear of this guy.
