To say that Mr. Allen is great at what he does would be an understatement. I have never had a service provider be so accommodating, available, easy to reach, down to earth and easy to reach, speak to and understand. I am always able to reach him at any time, day or night. When he is not available, I have left a message and he always got back to me quickly. Most importantly, Mr. Allen is extremely competent. He handled my cases with great professionalism and effectiveness that I will never go to any other lawyer. He helped me when I was sued and got the case against me dismissed. He also handled real estate purchase, expungement and Estate cases for me. Oher lawyers I went to before I met him either told me there was no chance of success or wanted an extremely large up front payment to take on and a lot for the whole case. Mr. Allen gladly took my case, his fees were reasonable and affordable and best of all, he was successful for me in every way. 2 difficult cases 2 great results.

Mr Allen saved my family. My partner was having legal issues with his immagration status and we needed help desperately. John Allen fought hard for us, so much so that even the judge commented on his efforts. I now have a family attorney I can rely on when we need it most. Top notch Attorney. Our family was about to be put in ruins by the deportation of my husband who was falsely accused of a serious crime. Mr. Allen defended him in criminal court and trial and WON! He not only proved that my husband was 100% innocent, he proved who did it! He then fixed my husband's immigration status. He is a very smart and even more caring lawyer. He had great compassion for all of us, me, my husband and our children. We owe so very much to him. What we paid to him does not compare to the big value of what we got from him and what he did for us. Anyone who writes anything bad about him here is certainly lying. This lawyer initially purported himself as an expert in the field of my needs. He was not honest about his experience and knowledge in this field. He flew by the seat of his pants, was not prepared and was in over his head. He dragged things out for the clear purpose of billing at a very high rate. He takes calls from others in the middle of meetings and his paralegal services are a vehicle to bill for his paralegal wife. He creates unnecessary work for clear billing purposes and as nice as his demeanor is, he is dismissive of his clients requests and concerns. He missed deadlines and was always submitting required documents at the last minute. He will say whatever it takes to get your business whether its true or not. AVOID THIS LAWYER AT ALL COSTS.

My friend recomended this lawyer and I took a chance, I am glad I did because he was the best lawyer for my case. He was always there when I needed him, very helpful and very smart, he explained to me exactly what was going on with my case, all the pros and cons and fought really hard for me. Never ever go to this lawyer! He will rip you off. He does not care about you or your situation. He onares about money. He does not respond to an e-mail for 4 days but when he does respond he charges more than $ 200 for his response. We paid him more than $ 5,000 upfront, for 5 months he has accomplished nothing but sent us a bill for almost $ 4,000 more. Stay away from him!

He has a lot of knowledge. Communication is excellent as he returns phone calls almost immediately. He spoke with me about possibilities in my case and got me the the best possible result. Work time wise he waits on things based on its urgency. However, he covers almost every ground and does not leave any slack open in the case. He charges by hour and slightly expensive. Since he is a good lawyer, a slight more cost to get the best result paid off.

Very nice guy, down to earth, easy to talk to, zero ego. He worked on my case like no other lawyer would, taking calls on weekends and at nights. This lawyer did not seem interested in aggressively pursuing my case. When speaking with him, he is very repetitive and drags a conversation on much longer than required. My suspicion is that he does this to accumulate billing time. His time billed for a simple motion hearing in court was very excessive, almost a full day at an outrageous rate. Plus he charged almost $100 as travel expenses for a trip that is half an hour from his office with no tolls and free parking. This is in addition to the charge for his time spent traveling. I would not recommend using him for personal legal matters.
