TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE! ZERO communication, ZERO follow-up, ZERO tenacity, ZERO compassion, ZERO value. Might as well give away everything you own then drive by her office and throw all of your savings at her building. I have done all of the work myself only to have her sit on any progress until deals/agreements are lost. The only way to get a return call or email is to scream and yell and threaten to fire. I even sent her these reviews to show that all of my complaints and concerns have been said by others. Now all of the sudden there is a positive review in direct contrast to the issues I complained about. I can only assume either Christine or her incompetent secretary wrote their own review. STAY AWAY!

This woman, should not be an attorney. She took my money and did nothing! She said 3 words to the judge and that's it. She was given to me as a GAL so I had no choice. She never returned my calls so I had to e-mail her and even those took 2 weeks to return. She basically screwed up my children's lives after promising me they would be ok. A grievance is in her future, and hopefully no job.

Since she is in the family law you can say that she has to be aware of the job that she had taken an oath for.Communication is the worst! Not giving any call back at all and you have to be the one to keep hounding her only to be directed to her secretary who is barely in a good mood, then maybe you will get a reply. Tenacity none! When an atty is hired they are the ones that are suppose to do the leg work on a case, they are hired for a reason to give peace of mind to the client who's life is turned upside down because of divorce, several times that a motion for contempt could have been filed, but no action from her. Work quality, read the reviews ahead of mine and you will know if it is worth spending your money! if you want empathy drink beer with your friends it is cheaper or hire her that is what she has if you want action then think about it.

She doesn't return my calls. She doesn't do anything herself without me first proposing it. The last time we had a court date, I was one of 8 clients she was working with that day. What should have taken 1 hour, took the entire day, because I had to wait for her to finish up with other clients, and then I got a bill! And here we are a year later with nothing changed. I may as well be fighting for this without an attorney. If all she can do is respond to an occasional nasty email from my ex's attorney, I can do that for myself. I wouldn't be any worse off. I am seriously considering it. There has to be some law against her taking my $$ and not delivering!

She keeps case going till money becomes an issue. Then tell you " We need to accept this, it's the best we can do". It was the same offer my ex- made months ago. I gave her a 2 on knowledge because she knew what she is doing. Costing me money!!

This lawyer takes your money, does not return your calls and avoids you. At meeting with ex's lawyer she tried to bully her way thru case but all could see she was lost. Told ex all I would pay was $100. per week Child support. I knew I had to pay what the state said. not one thing got completed that day but more money in her pocket.

I was initially impressed with Attorney Dorsey's empathy for my situation. She seemed like she cared about her clients and would work hard. After paying her retainer, it was like she dropped off the face of the earth. I would call her 5 times a day M-F and I would not receive a call back. Her secretary/paralegal Jen would answer the phone every morning and say she was in court all morning. If you called after noon you would be told she was calling people back now and you were definitely on her list to call back. Before you knew it, another day no answer. Once I just showed up at her office after 4 days and she was sitting at a table (in plain sight) w/Jen eating lunch. She looked at me and boogied into her office and closed the door. The paralegal had the unfortunate job to make excuses and promise a call back later. My estranged husband and his attorney have complained that Ms. Dorsey does not respond to them in a timely fashion, if at all.
