This was the most horrible representation I have every recieved in my life. I would rather have a public defender, They took my case more seriously. He misspelled everything I was constantly being charged to come in and fix my paperwork he would mess up. He would have me type all my information on his computer after I already sent it to him. Went on vacation and delayed my trial. Did not provide the correct information given in my trail. When ever it came time to defend me he got quiet and would just shut down! How embarrassing. He double charged me for things and thought I wouldn't notice. When I paid my retainer it was gone that month. we had not even gone to court yet. everything was money money money! The crazy thing is he tried charging me for things I had to do the work for. I got him all the paperwork and information nothing was done on his end and he would cut things short and say we did not have enough time in court. But the judge was allowing time. He would just go blank.

Constantly delayed and pushed deadlines, did not seem to prepare for scheduled court dates, asked witnesses the same question in several different ways instead of asking effective questions, didn't even spell my name right on most of the paperwork. Apparently he came out of a larger firm to do his own work, no wonder.

Not impressed ! Poor representation .Poor communication , Poor client / attorney relationship . I wonder if he did anything that helped me or was just handling too many cases at once ? Feel like I have wasted a lot of time and money .

Excellent representation! If you need it done yesterday, this law firm is on top. Mr. Gorman returns my calls the same day, and makes time to discuss my case. His advice, so far, has been spot on. The paralegals at this firm are also right on top of the law and it's application to my case. There is not a better law firm in Alaska. Totally impressed!
