I could not explain in this very little box how bad of an attorney (even human being) this man is. All of the other postings are true. He only accepts or demands your money and then does not prepare for court, when he decides to shows up for the court hearings (He is usually also late for court, even up to two hours late "because his dogs got out"). He allows everyone else to do the work for him. I did most of the filings because he cannot keep his legal assistants. I almost lost my son because of this horrible man. He recommended two quack doctors (which cost an additional 20k) to do evaluations on my case and then did nothing with the positive evidence and nothing to counter the discrepancies. I have finally had my case resolved using another attorney, all of Heath's (lack of) work has been corrected and I again have full custody and child support due to another attorney. DO NOT HIRE JEFF HEATH!!

Extremely disorganized attorney. Terrible temper! Office is a messy disaster! Does not return phone calls! Bills outrageous amounts for poor quality work! Has been reported to the State Bar of California.

Excessive billing with no statements; screams at you; does not return phone calls; will charge you to have his secretary print out emails; he does not even write his own briefs; backdoors you and does exactly the opposite of what he verbally states; bad temper; does not fight for you; yells at you if you call after hours; does not return emergency calls EVER; does not keep accurate billings; has a alleged gambling problem; does not come to hearings prepared; does not keep copies of any old orders; paperwork is either not filed or months late in filing; held up my case for years due to his lack of performance; he will rob you for every cent you have and deliver nothing -- he will go on vacation with your money and not return your calls. Has been reported to the Bar.
