I'd first like to say that Attorney, David H. Jacoby, and his Staff are the "BEST!" My Family has been very greatful to have his office represent my Father, Mother and Family in All aspects of Elder Law, Family Trusts and everything in between. David responds very quickly to all of my questions regarding Insurances, Pensions, Annuities and Trusts re: my Mom. My Dad had passed away and my Mom is still in Hospice care. David Jacoby has asssisted me with my Dad's former employer. They were not paying out ANYTHING for my Mother! After David's review, my Mother recently was approved for the Pension, Annuity and Insurances that my Father had intended to help her out in case he passed away first. *I strongly believe David's "expert experience and advice" is the only way my Mother could have WON what she deserved. There are Companies today that are "dragging their feet" not to pay out what is deserved by Surviving Spouses. *David Jacoby is the BEST! A True Senior Advocate! - Chris Welsh

I have had David Jacoby as our attorney for over 2 years. My mothers Medicaid, trusts, wills...and many family complicated issues. Mr. Jacoby and his staff have helped me every step of the way. I would highly recommend the firm.

the man has not told the truth to me from beginning till now ,works slow ,would not ever recomend him what a joke

Agree with the above two concerns. Jacoby is hard to deal with and all that concerns him is his paycheck and not the client at hand. I would strongly suggest seeking other counsel.

My complaint to Mr. Jacoby,
I went to see Judge Rainwater in June & we were able to end guardianship, and clear up the mess you made. She said she had our file on her desk for a long time waiting for you to return calls to complete the case. Since you would not return calls she wiped her hands clean & denied the finalization. She had no copy of trust (I did take to you as requested the original trust) Your mistakes this last year and a half has caused us a great deal, both in our health and money. You grossly over charged us , You told us that $48,000.00 was what you were permitted to charge, we have been told by others in your field they would not have charged a quarter of that amount. Your office botched up our case time after time for two years. Even getting the accounting sent in 10 months late, and lieing that it was sent in on time. It is fair that you return a portion of the $48,000.00 you charged, as you did not complete case. C Bell Jocobys answer was no refund!

$2500 down to file one paper after promises to care for incompacitated woman in nursing home due to stroke. Assisted Husbands attorny to sell her items, keep all money from sale of house, dispite court order, and help him desert her and leave her penniless. Refused to allow us to speak with judge. I accused him of being in bed with the other attorney. No written contracts, only promises. He failed to file paperwork with court and allowed the husband to file first, knowing our every move. All we got was medical supervision (shared). The husband passes on and he demanded $2500 for Emergency Guardianship (which took him 4 months) and promised he would get moms 1/2 of sale of house that was to be in court ordered trust fund, but he advised us it was all gone and there was nothing he could do. Contacted TX attorney who said his family did not tell probate court of living wife.. He helped steal all of our mothers $. Beware of this one, truth is unknown to him.
