So I ATTEMPTED to hire this attorney back in 2004. I was warned that his "Bedside manor" was TERRIBLE, even with the warning, I wasn't prepared for it. I went into his office and he wanted 3X the price the other attorney wanted and he was very abrasive and harsh. I am a woman and when spoken to the way he spoke to me, I did what a lot of women would do, I cried. I was told that I was not to cry in his office. I was so mad that I went out to the parking lot and vomited. Later I saw "MR. M" sleezing his way around the Cocoa Village Mardi Gras with a skanky woman in a zebra print dress (I have the video Bob!!) I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy on a bad day! Wow... must not take much to impress the bar in Brevard county!

Don't waste your money! My boyfriend hired him for a trial. We had a good case, and he still lost. He is a poor speaker, and he is very rude/cocky. I hated calling him because he is never happy to answer questions or help you understand law processes. After he lost the trial, and my boyfriend was taken into custody, he told us he was looking at about 3 years. He did not do anything to try to get a downward departure on the sentence. We hired another lawyer for sentencing, and he was out in 6 months.
