he knows a lot, and keeps going even when the insurance company doesn't want to pay. he kept with my case and eventually got over three times what they had originally offered.

This lawyer never communicates with us. Only his office staff and they dont know what is going on with the case. They always tell you it has been submitted. It has been over 18 months and no settlement or correspondence from Dan himself. Is it too late to change lawyers? My wife was in an accident that was caused by a wrecker sevice truck which ran a red light and hit my wife causing major problems to her back, neck and knee. She has since been to rehab before and after she had to have surgery on her knee. Seems like a cut and dried case for nice settlement but there has not been any closure to the case. I ask anyone to please tell me is it to late to change? I have a feeling that it is.

The staff if rude. Goldberg will not return calls. The case took 2 years to settle. And there is no explanation as to why any action, if any, is taken

My experiences have been almost duplicate of the other postings. I cannot get returned phone calls, they take a third of your settlement, before everyone else gets their cut, and they seem to b little more than a paperwork processor. I have a case where the other party is cited at fault. They get 10K, I get 4, nice huh?

He handled a accident case for me, but I never met him. All communications were through his secretary, who was rude and unprofessional. It took the full 2 years to get my money

He is handling a auto accident case for me and my son-in-law. It has been a year now. Still not complete. Has been saying that it was almost done since August. Have talked to him only about 3 times total. Will not return phone call, will not keep promises. Has not persued the other persons insurance even though they were cited at fault, filed on our insurance and wants to accept very low settlement. Strongly recommend that you use another lawyer. Also his staff is not helpful. All they have done thus far is take the insurance claims I sent them and send them to my insurance company that I could have done. I do not know how this guy stays in business, except he keeps you waiting until you think its to late to change. If you have him now change before it is to late.
