Notary Service - fast, efficient and no no-nonsense keeps the charge low. I was in and out within 10 minutes. I was stressed before coming in as the last time I'd seen a notary it was a BAD and expensive experience. I really appreciate that he offers low-cost notarizing service. Highly recommended!!! Jeremy Bohbot is a good guy. Before I even retained his services, he spent quite a bit of time on the phone listening to my separation problems and explaining possible solutions to me. That was just me randomly calling people on Google. I must have called him at least twice. Unlike other professionals I have dealt with in the past, Jeremy seemed more concerned with helping me solve my problems than selling me anything. Also, I just want to add, he speaks fluent English and is able to explain things in simple terms very clearly.

Jeremy navigated the process of settling a family estate through times of Covid with tenacity and care. Trust the positive reviews here. I retained Jeremy for help in navigating my grandfather’s complicated will (I was the executor) and he was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I was so impressed with how he handled my grandfather’s will that I retained him for help with a property transfer a few weeks later, and I will continue to hire him in the future. I highly recommend him.

Sorry but I have to write about my experience with Mr. Jeremy Bohbot. I think he is rude, unprofessional, and how he got into law school is beyond me. I think Jeremy Bohbot is an awful lawyer. I don't recommend this individual at all

Jeremy is a great lawyer. Very approachable and easy to communicate with. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He made everything very easy for us and had a standard and fair rate. We had a bad experience with a not-so-professional lawyer before, so now we have seen how a great lawyer is. Highly recommended.

I have used Jeremy's services numerous times and I am extremely pleased with the quality of work he does. He always responded quickly to my emails, took his time to go over all the legal documents with me, and made sure the transaction was done in my best interest! As a real estate investor who has used many other legal lawyers in the past, I found that Jeremy offers the best quality of work and value I have ever received. Both myself and a few of my friends, who I referred to Jeremy, will continue to use his services and would highly recommend him to anyone else.

Jeremy Bohbot is a fantastic lawyer and a great person to work worth. I've now used him on three separate occasions: closing a mortgage, buying a new property, and preparing a will. He has been very professional and helpful with everything and his costs are always what he quotes (which is lower than other lawyers providing the same services I learned after shopping around). Prior to working with Jeremy I always changed lawyers when I had a legal transaction to complete. Now he is the only person I contact. Definitely recommend!

Best lawyer I ever have. My brother did a POA with him and he explained the responsibilities clearly to us. I was at a settlement and the opposite lawyer was very sneaky and gave a tight timeline but Jeremy helped me by finished the document just within a day - Incredibly efficient! His fee is also very reasonable and I will refer clients to him.

Excellent and efficient service! After recently conducting a real estate transaction, I could not be more thankful for the referral to Jeremy. Typically, these transactions take a few weeks, where as with this extremely short closing period, Jeremy worked tirelessly to help close the deal on a very tight timeline. He was detailed in his explanations and kept me updated throughout the process. As well, his response time to my concerns was superb which helped ease any stresses and create a seamless process. I would not hesitate to refer Jeremy Bohbot.

Don't waste your money and be on the lookout for shady practices and sloppy work. Don't believe the Google reviews - could not possibly be true. Unprofessional and suspect - waste of money. Go elsewhere or you'll regret it. I hate for anyone else to be fooled.. Sad.

This is probably one of the most unprofessional attorneys I have ever encountered. Hes nice in his emails (to attract potential clients) but hes very rude in person, unlike other attorneys and even notaries who makes photocopies for own record he gets upset if you don’t bring your own photocopy, he doesn’t make his own photocopies to keep for his own records that many other reputable, professional notaries in Vancouver do, and he tells people in his emails to come in after hours for his notary work where he makes quite a bit of money but he ONLY ACCEPTS CASH. No receipt, no credit card, no debit which is I think unusual practice for a professional lawyer. Also, his office does not look like that of other professional lawyers I’ve been too but as soon as I stepped it I noticed it looked somewhat sketchier.
This makes me extremely suspicious and I hope the CANADIAN REVENUE AGENCY are keeping their eye on him. I certainly hope hes reporting his income from all the notary work honestly

Can't go wrong with Jeremy Bohbot Law & Notary! I saw his website after searching for notaries. Everyone else charges an arm and a leg for putting a stamp on your document. I thought the $10.00 for notaries advertised on his website might be bogus, but IT'S THE REAL DEAL. Who else will notarize your documents in Vancouver for $10 bucks! Great & fast service, I was in and out in 10 mins and didn't have to pay an arm and a leg. Awesome! :)

Jeremy Bohbot just completed our wills and power of attorney for my husband and me. It was complicated and he did a brilliant job of working through the options, explaining the new BC estate law, and delivering documents that fully represent our wishes in all its detail. He has also done work for us on business and real estate matters and again, he is thorough and patient. Jeremy has a great sense of humour and it is a pleasure to work with him.

I walked in Jeremy Bohbot office shortly after my mother passed away two years ago now. Thinking I needed basic legal help to have my mothers estate probated. We ended up in a bitter family dispute over the estate and ended up in a long and complex legal process. While it all took an inordinate amount of time, (and money) I am extremely grateful for the focus, persistence and legal skill that Jeremy brought to our side of the case. While I had always been confident in our position, it is frighting how the “other” lawyer can muddy the water with insane legal processes and claims. Jeremy remained focused, and constantly offered calming and helpful advice. I am happy to say we won what is considered a complete vindication of our position which I believe was largely due to Jeremy's legal expertise and focus. My UK-based company and our German partners were unable to recover a debt from a company in Vancouver that reneged on a contract. It was apparent that this defendant had the view that the debt would be too difficult to recover from overseas.
I tried a number of debt collection agents who all gave up over time. Finding a Lawyer to take it on was frustrating as a number of firms did not bother to reply or were not interested.
Fortunately the one that did respond positively was Jeremy Bohbot. At the outset he explained the procedure, the potential costs and the risks of obtaining a “dry judgement” if the defendant had no assets.
Jeremy dealt with this expeditiously and kept me informed of all hearings, orders and negotiations that brought it to resolution. Payment in full ($20,000 CAD) has now been received from the debtor so I am very grateful for his excellent service and application in the handling of the matter.

I am on the other side of a deal with this Lawyer. As a result of a mistake on his part I am wasting my time & energy trying to get my money back. I would not recommend this lawyer. As I cannot fully tell every detail until I finish this I would ask that you know only that I have a contract & Mr. Bohbot is not following the contract.

Jeremy was a friendly, knowledgeable and proficient lawyer. Most importantly (for me) his fees were reasonable - didn't try to rip me off or inflate his fees like other lawyers i know (also, he does notaries for $10 - try to beat that!). He's easy to talk to, offers a free consultation, and was fast...didn't let my file (business related) sit and collect dust. I recommend the guy... cheers. Dave L.
