Mike is a terrible divorce lawyer. All's he cares about is getting your money. I have had charges on my bill that had his other clients on the line he was charging me for. When I notified him of those charges he just removed his other client's name on the line and attempted to still charge me. He is verify unethical. He will charge you for things he didn’t do for you. He just makes things up.

He is a great attorney! He saved my life! He is very very good at what he does! One of the best in NE! I would highly recommend hiring him for your legal needs! I unfortunately have lots of experience with attorneys in Nebraska. I would trust him with anything After winning the fight of my life!

Do not use Michael Bianchi - He only wants your money. He does not communicate deadlines or explain the legal jargon/process. I had never had legal issues and trusted that Mr. Bianchi actually cared (on our first visit). But once you get roped in - he could care less.

Don't hire Mr. Bianchi for divorce and custody. I left him messages saying that I was going to call child protective services and still didn't return my phone call. He totally messed up my divorce and I had to hire another attorney to clean it up.
