Tim Hessler took my case 1-5-08 received 90,000.00 settlement. Didn't tell us that he received settlement, cashed check didn't pay off medical bills.Was disbarred with charges, didn't tell us he was disbarred. His wife lied to us. Took off with the money and some of my sons money also. If you had him as a lawyer and he doesnt return phone calls. Get a new lawyer and take it to the bar, or else he will get away with stealing your money

My husband and I were injured in a car accident Timothy Hessler took our case and won. He took $50,000 between the both of us to pay are hospital bills he never paid the bill's and is no where to be found! We now have the hospital bill's on are credit and have a lein on our home. I'm in the middle of filing a complant with the state board and hope to recieve our money back. To all of you who have had your money stolen by tim hessler contact the state board tell them what happened.They will mail you an application to recieve your money back from this CROOK!

He provided EXCELLENT service to me. He even stayed in my apartment and talked to me for hours, listening to me and comforting me like a true friend. He is very tall and handsome.

I hired mr hessler for a step-parent adoption and his jr partner filled out all the paperwork and then he fired her and had been very unprofessional with her and with me. I gave him a 2000$ retainer and he stole it. He is being sued and deserves to have his liscence pulled permanently

I paid this attorney 500.00 up front to file one motion that was already filled out for him all he had to do was file it and represent us to this day I have not heard back from him I have called him several times on his cell at his office faxed him letters with no result. He seems to be very nice when you meet him but has no work ethic and I am going to file a complaint with the CA Bar Association for unethical behavior.

We hired Hessler in 2003 to help us in resolving our accident claim. The few times we have been able to speak with him he appears to be very cordial. However, it is 2008 and we have yet to receive our settlement. We have repeatedly attempted to contact Hessler over the last 5 months, and regrettably he still has not returned our call. He appears to be a nice hard working lawyer, yet he fails to deliver. I highly recommend you take your business somewhere else.

I had a great experience with this Lawyer. He called me back quickly and settled my case really fast. Our insurance company kept putting us off and wouldn't take us seriously until we hired Tim.
