This lawyer may have an abundance of knowledge in the field but he is arrogant and does not like having his ideas questioned. He is very personable but will talk down to you if you don't follow or agree with his advice. Overall, I do believe that he does good quality work but if you have a mind of your own....choose a different lawyer. Plus, you are billed for everything under the sun.

Mr. Kranis has been my lawyer for over 20 years handling both business and matrimonial issues that I have been faced with. All matters were always addressed with the utmost professional care and success. I would highly recommend Mr. Kranis.

I had a favorable experience with this guy back in the 80's in a real estate transaction. Nice person, family man, former Town of Pleasant Valley, NY judge. Tried unsuccessfully to run as a Family Court judge even though he may have been a good one. I believe that he is an ethical man in a profession that is morally bankrupt.

Man or woman, in a divorce action, this lawyer will milk you for thousands without going to trial. Very arrogant when questioned about billing.
