Dennis Grady is a shyster. His firm leads you down a road of lies all in the quest to take your money. He is a very cold man and blatant about his strange and crazy practices. He has no concern for his reputation and as I said, just very blatant. It's all about billing, overbilling, and taking everything they can possibly get from their client while giving bad advice. They will lead you to believe you have a case and then later tell you that you have no case so when they realize you're out of money, so they can get what they can and get out.

This lawyer did an excellent job for me. I can't believe the bad ratings. I think that they must have been done by opposing attorneys who are jealous of his success. Also,he has had over 4000 clients! The so-called bad ratings are a tiny percentage of this.

Paid $3000 for retainer then continued to charge more even though he stated it would only cost a few hundred dollars more for representation. Turned out he was lying.Said he would represent me for $900 for an unemployment appeals. Then charged another $1800 totaling $2700. Absolute rip-off.

As others have stated, Mr Grady will bill you for things even after your retainer is gone ($4000) and you no longer have any contact with them. After he generated two lousy letters which my employer ignored, he told me to continue, he would need another $5000. I was done w/him at that point. They called me three months after I retained them, they did nothing to win/settle my case, yet have the nerve to bill ME for the phone call he made to me. This guy is shady for sure.

Very unprofessional, rude, impatient and presents very little knowledge of the law. Would not use this law office again.

I walked into this attorney's office for a free consultation, in less than 5 minutes he agreed to represent me without even opening the important documents that where the strenghts of my case. He requested $6500 to start his services and it was very clear to me that this is what he was going after from the time I stepped foot on that office, people be aware. Some lawyers see desperation as an opportunity to get money off of you so be patient and look hard for an attorney that you feel comfortable with not the first one you come across with.

Tries to do the least amount of work they can do for your money. They didn't do the necessary legal research. I didn't win the case. Then they had the nerve to bill me over the retainer for alot of nothing.

This law firm handled my employment law case very successfully and efficiently. Outstanding lawyers, very capable. I am told that the negative ratings were made by a disgruntled, fired ex-employee of the firm. Based on my experience with the firm, these ratings are obviously false.

Firm is extremely poor at communication across the board. Grady performed more or less as promised in the two negative reviews below. Skilled contigency lawyers contacted by me (after engaging Grady) declined to pick up case and stated that I was mislead as to negotation leverage. Negotation capability/skill of this firm is the worst that I have run across in dealing with many global legal firms. Grady fails to respond to voice messages and written correspondence from clients (at least in this case). The previous poster may or may not have been a disaffected employee, but I can assure you that I had the same experience as a client.

What a lousy lawyer. He refuses to speak with you after your first meeting. He refuses to have his firm use e-mail. Worse yet, he is not honest about the merit of your case, only whether you have money to pay him or not. The only time you hear from him [by mail] is when he asks for more money. When you can no longer pay, he drops you like a hot potato. AVOID THIS LAWYER.
