Best trial lawyer ever! He took apart the Defendant on the stand at trial and the jury awarded me a six figure win. Mr. Hains then helped me collect all of the money.

Mr. Haines was hired to handle a personal injury matter. He was able to have the opposing insurance company pay out the entire policy limits of the guy who caused the accident and then he was able to get more money from my own underinsured insurance policy. Friendly and responsive. Highly recommended.

I was unlawfully fired, and I hired Haines Law Firm to represent me. Before that, I spoke with 4 other attorneys, but none of them wanted to be involved in litigation against a multimillion dollar company. Mr. Haines was skillful enough to force my former employer to sign a settlement agreement according to which my unpaid wages had been paid to me.

me an my husband hired Mr. Haines to handle a family law matter because his rates were affordable. he acted like he new what he was doing. so wrong. he did nothing we asked him to do and took 12000 from us then when i asked him for some back he thinks he did a good job and that we were mad because we didn't get what we wanted so wrong we would have been happy with him if he tried but he didn't try at all just took our money don't go to him for family law he doesnt know anything about ir

I hired Mr. Haines for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. He was available, friendly, helpful and less expensive than most. My bankruptcy proceeded perfectly with no hitches. Hire him for your bankruptcy. You can't go wrong.

I hired Mr. Haines to handle a family law matter because his rates were affordable. He was cheap, and let me tell you...you get what you pay for. He was unorganized, unprepared, and is not qualified to handle cases in family court. At each court appearance, I would have to remind him of issues that needed to be addressed and basically felt that I would have been better off if I had handled the case myself! He did less than mediocre work and I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. His rates are affordable, but believe me, family legal issues are not where you want to start pinching your pennies. I'm not saying just because a lawyer is expensive he/she is going to be a great lawyer, but I can tell you from experience Mr. Haines is not qualified to practice family law. Do yourself a favor and find someone else, or you will regret it! I assure you!
