I hired Mr. Haines to handle a family law matter because his rates were affordable. He was cheap, and let me tell you...you get what you pay for. He was unorganized, unprepared, and is not qualified to handle cases in family court. At each court appearance, I would have to remind him of issues that needed to be addressed and basically felt that I would have been better off if I had handled the case myself! He did less than mediocre work and I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. His rates are affordable, but believe me, family legal issues are not where you want to start pinching your pennies. I'm not saying just because a lawyer is expensive he/she is going to be a great lawyer, but I can tell you from experience Mr. Haines is not qualified to practice family law. Do yourself a favor and find someone else, or you will regret it! I assure you!
