I have used Mr. Gray on multiple occasions and I must say every time I've had the pleasure of dealing with this man he has gone above and beyond what a normal attorney would do he is made diligent efforts to bend over backwards to meet with not only my wife and I but to meet us at locations that are closer to our home he has made his office and Lake us we go open to us after hours and on evenings and weekends in my professional opinion this is a consummate professional this is the reason why I use Mr. Gray again and again and again and life you get what you pay for and when you pay for a great attorney who used to work for the district attorney's office you're getting a very seasoned skilled attorney who has many connections in contacts

Shannon made himself readily available to me and had a high level of competency regarding my specific legal issue. He made a very stressful and difficult time into something bearable. He was extremely thorough and communicated well with me from start to finish. I would recommend Shannon for legal council and representation to anyone who needed help moving their way through the convoluted legal system.

I'm so glad I found Mr. Gray. I had never had to deal with court issues before. I called four other attorneys before choosing Mr. Gray. A few short phone conversations, a couple of emails and I knew I'd found the right guy. His honest,straight forward approach was exactly what I wanted. He was at the hearing when my friend was out of State working. He continued to keep us posted at each step. At the final arraignment, it was obvious to me that the Judge and County Attorney had worked with him before. There was mutual respect. Mr. Gray's knowledge of the law resulted in very little fines and reduced sentencing that would have never happened without him. Thank you Shannon!

He is more concerned about receiving his money up front than in representing clients, in my opinion. I would advise those looking for a diligent lawyer to look elsewhere.

I have used Shannon 2 times, once for me and another for my wife. Shannon went above and beyond service for me and even drove to the coast for my wife. If you want an attorney that will not sugar coat your situation and sell you a dream, this is your man. If you want an attorney that will sell you the bridge, and make you "feel good" but not get anything done when it matters IN COURT, then call some other loser from the phone book. I owe so much of my life to Shannon, I made some mistakes and my first review in 2007 is proof. I have had 2 children and my small business continues to thrive, if the courts had their way I would still have along way to go until I would be released... Long story short thank you Shannon for being a good attorney!

After the initial interview, Shannon was more than happy to take my deposit of $3500.00. He showed at the first hearing, but was very difficult to contact after that. My case involved a criminal suit and dealing with DHS which he knew at the start, but afterward told me that if I wanted to deal with DHS, I would have to hire a family law attorney. His attitude was very condescending, and he felt more than happy to go on about how great he is. I know he had other clients, but I am also one but apparently not important enough for his time. I am guessing that he spent at the most 3 hours of time on my case before I fired him. That equates to $1167.00 per hour. His services were not worth $10.00 an hour. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Overall, we were dissatisfied with the service provided by this individual. After we sent the payment, he showed up at the first of 2 arraignments and informed us of how the case would proceed and predicted a final release date.When this lawyer failed to show up at a second arraignment and when we were informed by the defendant that he would not be released for at least another 2 weeks, we became very concerned.After leaving several messages, he finally returned our call and was very incredulous and arrogant.During the conversation, he mentioned that he had other cases to deal with and our relative's case was not high on his priority list.He also stated that it was the client's fault that he was in jail in the first place.I replied that he was completely out of line for making such a statement and his job was to provide legal defense to the client and not to make judgemental comments.If we could do this over again,we wouldn't have hired this lawyer and would've used a public defender.
