I paid Mr Kuske $16,000 back in 2012 to defend my husband. He promised to get my husband a new trial but never did. He did at best $5,000 worth of work. He did not even have a paralegal and only has an answering service. He never calls my husband in prison and does not take my calls. Finally after much frustration my husband filed a complaint with the Florida bar, that was 6 months ago and the case is still under review. The Fl bar sent mr Kuske a letter that during the review he was to continue to work with his client but he has not. Please take my advice and don't have anything to do with this thief. My husband is rrotting in prison even though I have provided Mr Kuske with new evidence that would free my husband.

Eric is the best lawyer around period.i see people talking bout her only want money or I paid him 5000 and he didn't go to court but house much was your whole case. My and my wife got a search warrant from the feds they found over 4 kilos of rock,3 kilos of soft, pounds of weed,a tec9,ak, and 40 cal. Inside my house and I paid him a 45,000 each and we both walked so he boy his business. If your money not right dontwaste his time so you so call ballets better get a life

Eric Kuske was hired by a relative of Marvin Cherry jailed for a fighting a thug named "Polly P," totally self defense, Marvin sat in jail for more than a year until trial no bond???? Mr. Kuske was paid $10.000 and not once did he ever show up for trial, Marvin got over 10 years! For fighting, no gun,knife, a rock against a gun and polly p and his friend. The punishment didn't fit the crime and the payment was a total rip-off. Oh and the check was a cashier's check from SunTrust bank. Marvin's mother who went each time to court and each time was disappointed, called again and again to Mr. Kuske' office to hear he was either out of town or in court elsewhere. Now his mother lives in Georgia and is dying from a multitude of illnesses and Marvin was justice or a least a reason why Mr.Kuske didn't do what he was hired to do. And why he did not return the money!!!

he is and awesome lawyer!! the Best in the world as far as im concerned!!! people say all he wants is money. that is not true!!!! i paid him what i could and still owe him and he is still fighting for me the same way!!! i trust him with my life!!! so if you need a lawyer obtain the best a lawyer who will fight for you just like he would his own family!!!He (Eric Kuske) is that lawyer and i say this because he is my lawyer!!!(and he is fighting for me right now)

Incredible amazing results, if you cant afford him dont bother because if you agree to pay and then dont he will dump you. In Federal court he saved my life he was fearless fought hard. He was a member of the board of directors of the federal bar and is shows. He was also representing two other guys in may cell a Russiam mob guy and big drug guy with guns they both loved him and recomended him. THe Russian was extridicted to the states and told me he beat the wire and snitches. He was looking at 30 years and got less then 3 without snitching. The other guy looking at 15-20 got 2 he is definetly worth the money.

Amazing results,great lawyer. He represented my cousin in Federal court on a major drug case and saved his life. In same federal pod he got fantastic results for a russian mob guy, a mexican meth guy and a NY drug guy. Im sure the guys who talked bad are local broke nickel and dime losers who hire someone and then dont pay. The guy said 5000 like that is something he charged my cousin 75000 and got it done. He thinks with his head and not with his wallet. It's hard to find a lawyer who wants the outcome to be fast and in his favor with no delay just so he can keep charging. He doesn't settle. He is a WINNER!!

Very smart attorney, I bet he could be a GREAT attorney if he would pay a little closer attention to communicating with his clients instead of making them guess what is going to happen next. Knows the laws and the way the good ole boy network operates but does nothing to gain the upper hand and work in an expedient manner. Lets things slide out of his reach and gets distracted by the promises made to him by opposing attorneys instead of being weary of their lack of following through and keeping their end of the bargains. Should remember "HE WORKS FOR HIS CLIENTS" not the other way around and when you PAY big $$$$ you expect results! If I had to do over I would have opted for a Public Defender could have gotten to the same place I am now without the high cost.

So far he has worked miracles for my best friend who got life for trafficing five years ago and he's about to get out this christmas or new year! And now he represents me as of three weeks ago and he is on point and knows his sht. I trust him to do me even better due to my lesser of crimes, none the less the guy crying about his spilt milk the 5 grand go and do your self a favor and drop it cause he's got too much credibility and connections; YOUR WASTING YOUR TIME AND FACE! And he doesn't need your piddly 5k. My boy paid him one payment almost 4.5 years ago and has never even so much as asked for another penny and it wasn't much more than your crying about!! The reason why i rated this lawyer a1 is because it is the lowest score possible. I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone unless you are ready to lose your case. My brother paid this attorney 5thousand dollars cash straight up and his case is pending.Now it is time to go to court this attorney refuses to represent him due to the fact that one of his lawyers that he had represent him has left the kuske and ragono firm. Now he feels he doesnt have to represent him. Mr.Kuske needs to understand that regardless if you have an underdog representing you, he is still is responbsible due to you being the original individual assigned to this case. I can guarantee that if mr kuske does not represent his client like he was paid to do than he can expect a complaint to his superiors.
