he let my son get 11 years for something he didnt do he said nothing to help him in court we ask him about my son and he said just sit back and it will go away what will go away thats all i got out of him my son told him he didnt want him and filled out papers to dismiss him but he wouldnt do it and the judge also wouldnt do it even though the paper he filled out were done in a leagel way he filled out the maranda papers alond with few other from day 1 he had no rights and no one no one would help us so my son got 11 yr and and after that happend hayes was running for the DA and that why nothing was done thank god he didnt make DA ..not was it only hayes there was a michel handly plubic defender had him sign paper i told him not to have my son to sign anything will he had him sign 3 diffrence papers at 3 diff.times he didnt know what he was signing there was no justice at all in this case the poor people out here that dont get justice is sad in prison they get hurt bad i know my sonhas
