Mostly dealt with Doug Miles. Worst experience of my life with a simple speeding ticket, and not because of the police officer. This office is u professional and a complete headache to deal with!

I filed for legal separation then changed my mind. This firm would not return a call & rushed the paperwork through in less than 8 working days. They didn't ask me a separation date, they just made one up & put it in the paperwork. They never had me fill out any financial paperwork nor give me anything for my spouse. Now they won't let me withdraw the legal separation, they want to put it on hold. I had to sign papers stating it was put on hold. What kind of attorney doesn't respond to e-mails or phone calls?

Paid allot of money for a office manager/paralegal or legal assistant to give law advise. I agree with last review he "thinks" he is a lawyer with all his advise. Was assigned one lawyer who left firm a few weeks after signing. they assigned a new lawyer NEVER got to see him until morning of court. don't waste time on this office.

This by far was the worst experience I have ever had with an Attorney. Entire staff was very unprofessional and tacky. I would never refer anyone to the law firm. Catherine Hobbs, Stacy Anderson, and " the so called" office manager are very unorganized. The office itself was a disaster. The receptionist was a joke. I was not informed on the status of my case. I usually had to call them to get any information, and even then they were falling all over their words and explanations as to why things were not getting done. My retainer was gone in no time and when I requested an itemized list of where this money was going , it just didn't make since. I honestly believe they are dishonest and the office manager is a thief. I later found out that Catherine had been suspended in 2007 to 2008. Doesn't surprise me. Catherine was very helpful to me. She was straight forward, honest, and knew what she was doing. She got my case solved timely and I couldn't thank her enough for that.

Catherine first represented me on my custody case for my son in 2003 when my ex had custody from my divorce and a different lawyer. She got me custody of my son and my ex has tried taking me back to court 3 times since. Every time Catherine has done a masterful job and kept improving my situation on custody. I can't say enough good things about what she has done for me!!

Worst experience ever! Catherine & her staff are rude, charge way to much and leave you in the dark for most of your case. The office manager is horrible and acts like he's the lawyer. Take your money somewhere else. You be happier that you did. You'll just end up broke and frustrated with this group.

It is very painful to write this review because I like Catherine as a person, she is giving and generous. However, as an attorney, not so much. Both she and her staff, especially her paralegal, are unprofessional. Was promised the world, literally got absolutely nothing in return for the exorbitant fees charged. Wife got EVERYTHING in the divorce, the attorneys brainwashed me into thinking this was best for me! Please avoid this law firm. Found out later Catherine was suspended, put on probation for misconduct. This absolutely does not surprise me. Again, please find another attorney. I wish I had!

She is a wonderful attorney, i have tried couple of others attorneys and finally I found Catherine who handled my case in a very professional manner. I would recommend her to any one needs a family attorney.

Absolutely wonderful! She took care of all of my traffic instances in a timely fashion and was very professional. She understands her clients and its a personalized good experience for everyone. The staff was awesome too. Thumbs up to Earnshaw-Hobbs!
