He's excellent. I had experience with a few lawyers, vengeful spouse, and complex case. Simply put, he saved me, and my children's future. His understanding of what's important and legal strategy -- really brilliant. Totally stymied the opposing lawyer. Judges really respect him. Like most lawyers, he sometimes changes his tune(happened a few times on non-crucial things), but was unwavering on strategy, and was proved right. All lawyers can "create conflict" BUT ONLY IF YOU'RE STUPID ENOUGH TO SUPPORT THAT; he was better than most. Like health care, etc. you must "manage" your case; note EXACTLY what he says, date it, learn online, politely question apparent conflicts. Very expensive, but not nearly as costly as the mercenary lawyer who screwed me over first. For a simple case, maybe under $200-$300K or so at stake, go elsewhere. His junior lawyers are worthless but for mundane filings; don't let them get involved, don't listen to them. Be clear on that upfront.

tried to act as if the case was a slam dunk but proved not so, has no tact, actually breeds conflict which is good for him but not for my case. BEWARE

In my opinion he Participated in creating an invalid child support stipulation in 1997 by which my children and I have been severely damaged. He apparently had just published on the requirements of 'opting out' but then supported his client in diminishing their support by not including his clients GROSS income AND not including step 3 of 4 the amount presumptively correct support would be AND included gave as step 4 of 4 that my x's waiver of claim to my enhanced earning capacity was the main reason for the opt out and less child support. This is agains FCA s 461 (a). Beware he charges a lot - but in this case apparently misses a lot - or perhaps he hopes your lawyer and the judge will - as was the case here.

I found this guy to be some what of a player! He listens to what your complaints are and then rattles off a bunch of legal mumble jumble that he knows you want to hear. Once he has your money-the story changes drastically! I would not recommend him and in my opinion he is definitely a 'player"!

$450 an hour for nothing but borderline malpractice.

I had one meeting with this bulldog. He was not at all interested in listening to my "story." He has a reputation for not caring about the working relationships of the parties after the divorce, and the outrageous advice he gave me proved that. Very expensive.
