I contacted Marina when I needed a lawyer for a discrimination and potential class-action case against my former employer and I’m so thankful that I did! Marina was thorough during the discovery process, Marina was able to ascertain all of the facts needed before our mediation meeting with the EEOC. Marina also devised a great strategy to maximize my settlement amount. During the mediation process, Marina was articulate, knowledgeable, and was a true client advocate.
I would highly recommend Marina to any employees that have been subject to discrimination, harassment or any other form of misconduct in the workplace. As an added bonus, Marina has a great personality and is able to get along with anyone.

I found myself in an very tough battle against my former employer, I was afraid, confused and hopeless. I came to Marina after I was dumped by my previous attorney after a year and a half battle that went nowhere. Marina is so thorough and tells things like it is. In fact, I've grown to love the phrase "It is what it is" because of her. She made a very difficult case easier and explained everything until I fully understood it. From the moment I stepped into her office I felt a world size load of weight fall off my shoulders. When the weight started building again, she gently removed it and kept it off. She gracefully accepted the challenge with confidence and oh, that smile of hers will melt any jury (and this client), but don't get me wrong; she can be tough (which is a plus when the other party is involved).
