Incentive jerk. I’m a victim of sexual abuse and this jerk was completely made me tell him what happened which is very hard and tells me the person didn’t do anything wrong. Well, the police and district attorney know he did something wrong. He put me through a very difficult position to relive the events and yells at me for it. Look somewhere else and save yourself from the frustration and anxiety.

Mr. Rothman represented me in a sexual harassment case in 2016. Throughout the process there was excellent communication and he did an amazing job for me. He fought for me and was so knowledgeable about the laws. I was awarded 150,000. I am very grateful for his law services and all his guidance during this time. Jay S Rothman is the worst and unprofessional lawyer ive ever came across, he did NOT communicate at all, like his web site says they do, i strongly recommend to not use this fake, unreliable attorney, he was put on probation for a period of time, as well as having multiple pending cases against him, just do your research on him before you use him, he is a peice of**** and definitly not TRUST WORTHY.

Initially Jay was great, I told him my case, I went to his office, spoke with his associate Glen, signed a retainer agreement and I thought that was it, my case would get started. Six months has gone by and I have heard nothing from either of them or his office. I e-mail, I call and I get no return call or e-mail. They are very unprofessional in that sense. I understand that attorneys have a reputation for being shady but I was hoping this was not the case since he spoke so well and seemed to have a genuine concern and belief in my case. I was wrong. If you are like me and need to know and be updated about your case, do not go to this law firm. You will regret it.
