Beann Sisemore is the hardest working Attorney out there. Attention to detail and "cares" about each and every case. She doesn't just treat people as a number but is very concerned about them and what they are going through. She will "fight" for you, she will be your voice in court. She is awesome!!! I was very Blessed when she represented me. Very pleased indeed!

Ms Sisemore and her firm delayed my divorce for almost a year. She promised to draft the decree, finally I wrote one myself, she rewrote. In the end the original agreement that was drafted in March finalized in December after thousands of unearned dollars were charged. I am currently filing a complaint, I see she has been repremanded for this before

Here's a write-up on Ms. Sisemore. Anyone looking for a lawyer should do as much research as possible. On July 10, 2007, BeAnn H. Sisemore
[#24011491], 57, of Fort
Worth, received a one-year, fully probated
suspension effective July 15,
2007. An evidentiary panel of the District
7-A Grievance Committee found
that the complainant hired Sisemore to
handle a child custody modification.
The parties reached an agreement and
an interim temporary order required
Sisemore to prepare the final order by
5 p.m. on June 2, 2006. Sisemore subsequently
failed to draft the final order
and failed to respond to the complaint.
In another matter, Sisemore failed to
respond to the complaint and asserted
no grounds for such failure.
Sisemore violated Rules 1.01(b)(1)
and 8.04(a)(8).

I am a current client of Ms. Sisemore. She has done nothing but help me and my family, who have also used her services. I informed BeAnn of the things someone was saying about her on this site. Seeing as how this person thinks that BeAnn is writing her own comments, I guess it as just as easy for the opposing side to write negative things as well, which explains everything. But for those of you who want a true unbiased opinion, I informed Ms. Sisemore that I would be happy for her office to arrange a conference with me for any people that may believe the crap this one person keeps writing.

BeAnn Sisemore likes to take your money and she likes to talk. The only problem is that she doesn't work on your case. I had to get another attorney to clean up her mess. The other reviews on this site are obviously fakes. I am about ready to send my file to the State Bar of Texas. She lied to me. She never returns calls.

TAKES FOREVER TO FINISH DIVORCE PAPER WORK I HAVE SETTLED NOW FOR THE FORTH TIME WITH MY EX WE AGREE ON PAPER THEN SISEMORES TURN IT ALL AROUND AND WANT TO REWRITE DECREE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEY GIVE LAWYER'S A BAD NAME A SIMPLE DIVORCE IS A YEAR FOR THEM MONEY MONEY MONEY

These guys are the best. My wife tried to take everything and justin promised they would take care of me. I was a bit nervous because of his age but see for yourself, they are the best. It was not cheap but so worth every penny.

BeAnn was not always the easiest person to talk to and she certainly has her own opinion, but I can assure you when it is your day in the court room there is no one I would rather have on my side. By the way, I have seen mostly negative remarks about every attorney on this web site, and it appears that just about every lawyer on this site has a negative rating. I know the world hates lawyers but I guess everyone's experience is different. I am glad to know that after my divorce went well there are at least a few people who had the same experience.

Go to the www.texasbar.com website and click the Texas Bar Journal tab at the top. This brings up the March 2008 Texas Bar Journal. Next, click on Disciplinary Actions and scroll down to read the disciplinary action that the State Bar of Texas just handed down to this attorney.

Ms. Sisemore charged more than $80,0000 on my divorce case and allowed my exhusband and his attorney to drag out our divorce. She has refused to supply any billing documentation, and has charged for services not rendered. Example-charged 100's of dollars for transcripts when the tapes were never even listened to. She works closely with another attorney and they double billed for hours one or the other spent on the case. She went out of town during the middle of my divorce, and charged me for ANOTHER attorney (a third) to review my case file, prepare for, and attend a hearing. Unethical is an understatement. She does not keep billing records, or proper accounting of her clients money, and mixes funds with her personal accounts. I am shocked she still has any clients.

very dissappointed in the aggressiveness or lack thereof,the dishonest responses recieved from the attorney and her staff.the manner of integrity and professionalism in which my case was handeled should be an emmbaressment to the entire judicial system as well as the bar.i was advised to participate in activities that were clearly a conflict of interest. my interests were in no way a priority rather the firms own monetary interests were in fact top priority. i have had within 2 years of trying to resolve my marriage not one motion on my behalf been filed only motions for continuance and attorney fee issues been filed by this attorney i cannot even get the aggreement my husband and i aggreed upon drawn up.my decision to use this attorney has cost far more than the 15,000.00 she recieved up front. mrs sisemore can sell herself but when it comes to preformance she has no substance, she should have been a car salesman at a local used carlot.
