This law firm is a mess. Staff wears sweats to work and they have no ethics or manners. A case that included 2 court appearances one 45 minutes and another 2 hours. Total charges around 25K. Office very unorganized and they kept on loosing documents I would provide them. Mr Willick does have a wealth of knowledge, but he does not handle most of the cases his staff does and with a firm this size he is not able to oversee all the cases. When ever I talked to him personally it seemed he didn't have a clue about my case. I would definitely not recommend this firm even, they definitely do not live up to their fame.

Years ago Marshall and his firm helped me keep custody of my child. I can not say enough wonderful things about them!!

Marshal Willick is senior partner at Willick Law Group. In 3 months, Willick Law Group filed one motion and one stipulation on my behalf and charged me $15,000! Four of five scheduled court appearances were postponed or canceled (at my expense). I was also excluded from settlement discussions with opposing counsel despite numerous request to be present. I have filed a fee dispute with the Bar Association and I am considering disciplinary action (if only Willick were not head of the ethics committee). I retained the firm because of a recommendation from UNLV Law School. Apparently they have a good appellate record. Avoid this firm at all costs - all this firm cares about is dragging on your case and maximizing their billings. Customer service is non-existent. Excuses are their stock in trade. "Do as we say or we will withdraw from the case" is their standard line. Fool me for thinking a higher rate per hour results in better service.
