Cerceo was my senior associate at Willick Law Group when I retained the firm. During 3 months, Cerceo filed one motion and one stipulation on my behalf and charged $15,000. Four of five scheduled court appearances were postponed or canceled (at my expense). I was also excluded from settlement discussions with opposing counsel despite numerous request to be present. I have filed a fee dispute with the Bar Association against the firm and I am considering disciplinary action. It goes without saying that Cerceo was impossible to contact. He has since moved to Reno (during my case). Avoid at all costs.
