I retained Eccles on the recommendation of my prior attorney who withdrew from my case because opposing counsel would not negotiate in good faith. Eccles prepared a single motion for me to have the terms of a signed separation agreement enforced by the court. The motion preparation process went well but the court hearing went horribly. Eccles appeared to 'freeze' in court. The judge not only deferred ruling on the motion but gave my wife exclusive possession of my house while ordering me to pay ALL of the household expenses for the pendency of the divorce litigation (despite my wife working). Eccles barely spoke during the whole proceedings. My previous counsel (who was at the hearing) was also dismayed at his performance. I fired him immediately after the hearing.
