Mr. Henderson was recommended by Equal Rights for Divorced Fathers as one of the best lawyers they have (20 years experience). He gave me a flat fee for divorce and access to his direct phone and cell. Mr. Henderson was very focused on getting a result and tried to settle case fast and in good faith. However, Henderson dropped my case when my wife retained a firm that was known to bargain in bad faith. He also failed to withdraw from the case properly forcing my trial date to be delayed 6 months (mostly as a result of dirty tricks by opposing counsel). I highly recommend Bill for cases of simple to moderate complexity where opposing counsel will bargain in good faith. I would not recommend him if you need someone to fight fire with fire (or dirt with dirt).
