Summer Preston prepared my pre-nup agreement a couple of years ago. She spent considerable time with me and explained everything to my satisfaction. She seems highly intelligent and I will use her again for my will in the near future.

I am much like the other guy. My wife hires one of those high dollar firms and I am armed with Summer. The ex thought she was going to dominate - boy was she wrong. Summer is a fighter and got what I thought was a good settlement. I would highly recommend her. Oh, and did I mention she is reasonably priced!

I used this attorney for my Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Thank goodness I am no longer straddled with debt! She is also very reasonable in her fees and I refer her to people who need a bankruptcy or divorce lawyer.

I was told by other attorney friends that you get what you pay for, so I wasn't expecting much because she was so reasonable. I got much more than I paid for since my wife hired one of those stupidly expensive firms and I got what I felt was a good settlement. Summer was thorough, aggressive and kept me informed along the way. It was all over in a matter of months. Yes I could have rolled the dice and went to trial but she gave me the alternatives and in the end I am free and I have more than enough to start over. I would highly recommend her.
