If you want a nasty long drawn out divorce expenseive divorce where everyone loses except for the lawyers. Then Marilyn is the right lawyer. When you walk away from the table. The lawyers get richer and everyone else pays for it.

Marilyn is absolutely the top notch lawyer if you want to burn all your community and personal money. Outcome is the same; however if you are angry spouse, she will guarantee satisfaction through vengeful and drawn out litigation. Just make sure that your parents have left you enough assets as you and your kids will have nothing left.

My case was a divorce case. Though Marilyn is tough, she will drag out the case as much as possible so she can bill hours. Example: In case she has to contact someone and you have their phone number, she wont ask you. Instead she will "research" phone number and charge you 30 mins time. NEVER declare your assets to her.

Marilyn did a good job for me. My case wasn't that difficult, we were both working and making about the same. We had a meeting with my wife and her lawyer and we either split everything down the middle or she got some things and I got something else. Then it was done. Not that painful, really.

Marilyn doesn't know any more than any other, she just knows how to fight and if you have money, she will fight a long time. I know a client of hers that is so sick from protracted litigation she almost had a heart attack.

Really top notch. My husband fired his 1st lawyer because he was doing so badly compared to Marilyn. Marilyn is not cheap, but she is worth it.
