Very bad lawyer. Doesn't take the time to learn the case. Makes stupid decisions. However he has a great personality, mmm to good of one. He's not to be trusted.

Horrible attorney! Charged for things he didn't do, gave evidence to my ex's side and never followed thru with what he said. After charging for nothing, he quit on me right before court!

Mr. Bayliss quit working on my divorce case without notifying anyone - me, my wife's attorney, the court, etc. Nothing had been filed by Mr. Bayliss since April, yet he took more money from me in May and did nothing with it. My wife's attorney sent Mr. Bayliss several letters, which never got a response. Mr. Bayliss' failure to respond caused a judge to sign off on a visitation plan that I did not agree to. I do not recommend Mr. Bayliss.

Very great lawyer. He goes out of his way to get done what needs to be done. If he don't then he will send you to where you need to go. Very helpful and not just a lawyer but someone who has a heart and very understanding. I say if you have a case that needs some real help call this lawyer! Thanks Shawn for everything you have done and thanks for just being you.
