Excellent experience!! He and his staff helped me to understand each aspect of my case. Then laid out a clear plan, and got me everything I wanted.

I do not recommend this attorney at all. The only thing he is professional at is wasting time and money. He is either dumb or ignorant, because he acts like he does not know the law in court. I've watched him act like he did not know simple legal terms, or act like he did not know how the court process works with something as simple as an amendment. He has been disciplined by the TX Bar for being unethical, and the reason being is because he is a FRAUD! I would highly encourage looking elsewhere for legal representation, unless you want a dumbass for an attorney that will delay your case continuously.

Upon consultation, Bryan was discovered to be unprofessional and disinterested. Likely has personal issues.

I met family law attorney through Father's for Equal Rights back in 2001. A year later I hired him as my lawyer and soon afterwards our Judge awarded me primary custody of my son. I would highly recommend Brian to those seeking justice - yeah, he's a bit intense at times... but isn't that what you need in a lawyer? He'll get the job done, just don't bog him down with thousands of questions at first... let him do the job, and he'll get it done. I'm glad he was on my side, and not on theirs.

Bryan Walter is a great attorney. He is extremely knowledgeable, top the point, and clear on what needs to be done and what is being done. He won't burn up your retainer on senseless conversations intended to build confidence in him working for you. While family law is EXTREMELY emotional, he keeps the conversations and case on track for what will best benefit your case. Contrary to other posts I see, he is very personable...he is just very serious about his job representing your interests. He not only familiarized me with various aspects of family law cases, he actually listened to me about aspects of my case that I felt were noteworthy. One post stated that he "has a temper". I guarantee you that the only time you'll see him have a human reaction in a professional setting is if the law is not being followed or if the case goes from law based decisions to personal based decisions. Bryan Walter took my case personally and he is genuine in seeking justice in the legal system.

Totally agree with the other dislikes about this guy and recommend that nobody use him for a family case. He is rude, has an immature temper, and got himself kicked out of the court room due to his inability to control it. Very unprofessional and is lacking the ethics required to communicate on any level or understand when he is wrong! Fired him and recommend you do the same!

What can I say, my ex hates this guy! She lost custody and I won! Read some of the other reviews and I agree that he can be direct at times but that was what I needed to remain focused on what was important. In court he was tough, not pushed around and fought for my children. If the need be, I'll hire him again and again knowing my ex never wants to see his face again.

I hired this atty to gain custody of my son. He outlined what it would take to prove my ex as a unfit mother. He accurately outlined a time line required and worked diligently to accomplish our goals. My son now lives with me and is actively involved in sports and his grades have drastically improved. Mr Walter is a hard working diligent atty, and has a high expectations of his clients to be able to separate their emotions from the facts. If they do this this man will win every time because he believes that is when a case is over, when the client has achieved their goal. Every other atty seemed to think the case was over when they got their retainer

He is the most unethical attorney I have ever come across. Save yourself some grief, he isn't worth your time or money. He is actually on a 3 year probation for his actions. He is on the verge of disbarment.
