I have known David Littman professionally for years. He is one of the finest family lawyers I have had the pleasure to work with in my own field. His knowledge, expertise, and skill are outstanding, matched only by the genuine compassion and care he has for the adults and children for whom he works. Angry divorce custody litigants write all kinds of blaming, angry things about professionals on these rating sites because they can't take responsibility for their own shortcomings. They would rather blame fine, hardworking, honest lawyers like David Littman for negative outcomes than take a hard look at their own shortcomings that may have gotten in the way of getting what they wanted in court. David Littman is one of the best, and I know this from years of observing, consulting, and working with him.

David Littman has been an attorney for thirty years. He is a leader in the family law field and a past chair of the Family Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association. Do not be fooled by attacks on his character by those he has served as arbitrator or Child and Family Investigator where has has been appointed by the court to either enter arbitration awards or to make recommendations in the best interests of a child in a dissolution or parental responsibilities case. In high conflict cases, someone almost always takes a shot at the arbitrator or CFI. In one case, the photographs and color themes have been stolen from his legitimate website to create a sham site in which he has been attacked since 2001. He was the arbitrator and he awarded primary care of three children to a parent when the other parent was abandoning the children and announced a move to Mexico without the children. That Award was upheld by a District Court Judge.
