This attorney do not specialized in child support and family court. Attorney Jason Jenkins did nothing to help my family/ child support case. When I always come to him to see has he move forward with anything he always say "IM WAITING TO SEE WHAT THE OTHER ATTORNEY TO CALL ME BACK". My case with him was going on a year other people I spoke with they was done with they case in seven months. He never filed anything he just a copy cat, whatever my fathers attorney file Jason just copy her. Jason is not a fighter he won't fight for you at all. The whole case I felt it's was three against one. My father child, his attorney, and Jason against me. I waist my hard earn money on Jason and he did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR MY CASE. We went to family court, and I promise you he didn't say a damn word to speak up on my behalf and he knows all my struggle. Then when it came to me asking for child support he didn't fight for me either. JASON JENKKNS IS NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WASTE OF TOME

Jason represented my in a DUI case and did a great job. I could not be happier that: 1.We fought the case. 2. We used Jason's services. I did not get to know him on a personal level. To be honest, he was so focused on my wife's charges, my only description of him would be professional.

Jason Jenkins...well, what can I say? This man has issues, to say the least! He should not be practicing law at all. I think he spends all his time on Facebook, which is why he doesn't return calls. He is completely unprofessional and actually has his clients as friends on Facebook!!! Thank God he was never my lawyer. All I know is this guy lies and will do anything to win a case and just wants money and has no morals and values. If this guy isn't single he should be. He is on facebook like his clients writing crazy crap to pick up a date on facebook!!! All he cares about is himself and money and if he has bizarre thoughts, it's cause he is crazy!!! If he doesn't answer professional calls...look him up on facebook cause I'm sure he is on there 24/7 just like the freak he is!!! He is a scumbag and should be working at Burger King!!!

Jason had represented me in my 2nd DUI case. He is a wonderful lawyer, very knowlegable, kept me informed on all aspects of my case, and in the end,considering the charges I was facing..Jason was able to work with the DA to have my charges lowered. I am very pleased with the outcome. I would definitely recommend Jason to all my family and friends.... Thank you again Jason! Great job!

I have to say tht Jason is defending me now in my 2nd DUI case. I have other things involved in my case, which he is researching and says that he is going to try to plead it down to a DA1. Im very impressed with Jason. I havent had many problems with him not calling me back...if it isnt him calling me...his asst calls me as soon as they can. My case is not over yet, but I think that he is a wonderful attorney, and if he can plead my charge down, I will be extremely happy. He is a very proffesional man, very knowledgable and if he isnt sure about something he gets back with me. And as someone else has said...he seems to be well known among other attorneys, the DA, judges and so on. I am nothing but happy with him. As I said my case is not over yet, but I have very much faith in him that he will get the job done for me. I have absolutely no complaints regarding him. Great guy..great lawyer! I am very comfortable and confident that he will plead my case down.

Knows his stuff and got me a great result. He didn't always call me back the same day, but he was also several hundred dollars less than most other attorneys I called, so I can live with that. The best attorneys are usually busy. One day I met him in his office and I saw a stack of little papers. I said "what's that?". It was all of the people who called him that day. There was probably 40 messages! It did not interfer with my case, as he was on time and well prepared. I was able to keep my drivers license despite being a .17. More importantly, I trust him. From now on, if I have any legal problems I'm going to him first. I know either he or someone he recommends will handle my case worry-free.

I have spent the last 7 months trying to get a return phone call from Jason without any success. I would not recommend him if you are someone who would like regular communication.

Attorney Jenkins did a great job for me. Prior to hiring him, I told him about this site and he explained that an unstable former client had authored most of the reviews pretending to be multiple people. Apparently this site doesn't require proof of identity or limit reviews. I say this only because he really did a good job for me. I was very nervous about my case. He showed up to every hearing on time. He explained the ARD program to me. He didn't make any false promises. Mr. Jenkins always called me back, although not always the same day. However, most of my emails were answered right away. In court, it was obvious that the other attorneys respect him and the judge did too. He got the DA to drop most of the charges and made sure I didn't lose my drivers license. He is very busy, but like the other person said, he was willing to meet me on a Saturday due to my work schedule. I appreciated that. I also was happy that he didn't charge me a ton of money.

No follow through. Something wrong with this guy. Actually surprised he has not be complained about to the bar association. He did not do most of what he promised he would do for me because he never tried. It was not that he failed: he never cared enough about me to try. It was a waste of money. And he's arrogant.

I won't say much beyond don't EVER hire this attorney. He will not return your phone calls, he'll make promises he won't keep, he loses all paperwork, and communicates with no one vital to your case. No matter what he promises, stay away from this guy. You would do better to just represent yourself and throw your money out the window.

My boyfriend currently has him for a DUI case. First, he held up the first hearing for two months when we just really wanted to get it over with. He never returned phone calls or let us know what was going on in the case. He forgot paperwork, showed up late to EVERY hearing and basically made us empty promises. My boyfriend's release date from jail was yesterday. He didn't get out. Why? Jenkins 'lost' all the sentencing paperwork and now has to go around and get signatures and transcripts and bring them to the jail for a release to happen. Oh, plus he said this may take a little while because the judge is on 'vacation indefinitely'. Never hire this man. He is a fraud, he doesn't call back or even answer phone calls, and he asks for money when he is doing nothing.

He's showy.He is Mr. Personality. He is terrible at follow through. My advice is use him only for DUI- nothing else unless he will be making LOTS of money off of you. You can use him for real serious charges bc he will confer with experienced older attorneys. Emotional support or feeling safe with him rates a zero.

Jason is an idealist and a realist wrapped up into one. He is remarkably fair minded and in spite of being a handsome white guy in his 30's, does not think he is better than anyone. He has charisma and charm which helps in the court room. He gets along great with cops and judges. He won't return nuisance phone calls: he's way too busy for that. Trust and believe he knows what's going on in your case and you'll get a real good run for your money. He's a good lawyer getting better all the time.
