Not long after Mr. Sumner found out the other driver's policy limits he told me to settle me claim even I suffered major injuries. He never told me about PIP wage, filed a lawsuit, nor did he tell me about Tort Claim. His only interest, himself.

Nice guy, yet didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. In court he seemed like he was not a strong personality, flubbed the closing, didn't seem to question what was being said about his client.

Mr. Sumner did not follow through on what he said he would do and seemed to know little about the proper procedures or even the law in general, in my opinion.

I can't comprehend how anyone could use this attorney. He seems to know very little about the law, performs poorly in court and wastes your money. All around a very poor value lawyer for your money and I'd never recommend him to anyone.

Ted really listened to me and was very helpful in helping me settle my case. He always found time to get back to me when I had questions and was very respectful. I would recommend him highly to others.
