Attorney Mauser helped me create a business trust for a transaction in California with investors in 3 states. After an extensive introduction call, he was amazingly quick to produce a first draft and we did revisions over the phone, so I had a final draft less than 24 hours after first draft, only two business days after we started, along with language to provide to the California attorney for certain aspects of the transaction. The only thing that was less than perfect was that it took several days to get a first call, but that might have been a miscommunication on my part.

Do not hire this lawyer!!! We did a 13 the mortgage got out of it, because he did not know about the mortgage had filed to pull out of it, even though we called and emailed him numerous times. He finally called and said he did not know about the court date. !!!
