I am so glad I made the decision to hire Mr. Giardino. He handled my case and my daughter's case and did such a great job. I don't know a lot about how these things work and the fact that he kept me constantly updated throughout my case meant a lot. He fought hard for my daughter and I and in the end got us a very fair settlement- and much higher then I ever imagined. I would hire him again and will recommend him to everyone I know without hesitation.

I interviewed a few lawyers, but when I met Carmine I knew he was the one for me right away. He listened to me and was never in a hurry. I really like the fact that he was always available to talk to me and answer any questions, even if it was after hours. He handled a very complex criminal case for me and did a great job. I am so glad I hired him.

Mr. Giardino was the best thing to happen out of my horrible experience with a DWI. He was very passionate of the case and the work he displayed. Not only did he represent me in a TRAIL case, but the preperation and tools he used to get the upperhand in my case was outstanding. He is very professional and a damn good lawyer, needless to say after 3 long days of trial I was found not guilty of the charge of DWI. Everyone knows the consequences that comes with a DWI on your record as far as higher insurance rates, very limited jobs, etc. Mr.Giardino hard work ethic gave me my life back now that I am not guilty of a DWI charge, Thank you.

Carmine is an excellent lawyer and was a great help when my probation officer filed an MTR on me. He is reasonably priced and I was very happy with the results of how it turned out. He was also very easy to keep in touch with and contact. Carmine also helped me with getting an occupational drivers license and was quick to get it approved by the court and back to me. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a lawyer and I will also be using him for the rest of my life if I ever need a lawyer. Excellent Service!!!

Buyer beware this attorney claims he can help you by being your bondsman and your attorney. real conflict of interest. Started off proffesional now my husband sits in jail and is on the verge on losing his case because this attoreney lost interity in his skill. If we used our 7,000.00 that we already given him somewhere else I know we would have won our case my husband is now doing time for a DUI case where he did not injure anyone did not wreck just a simple stop simple open and close case but this attorney showed up late to the case and is asking for my husband plea and did not fight for him at all. this atty was never late to collect his 7,000.00 we paid him in advance to work our case. maybe worked a total of 2 hours tops on our case. Find a better attorney! This one is no good.

During a very scary time, with so many lawyers turning me down to defend my daughter because we could not afford their outrageous fees, I was so happy we found Carmine. He did a great job working with us and communicating with us. He was able to negotiate a deal that my daughter does not have to worry about a conviction and did not even have to do any probation. He truly understood what this meant to my daughter's future. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I would for sure hire Mr. Giardino again. He was always available when I needed him and his staff is very friendly. He let me make payments and in the end got my case dismissed, so I don't have any complaints at all!

Giardino refused to refund our retainer amount. He asked us to send him a letter and he would refund the majority of the amount because he had only worked 10 hrs on the case. We sent him a letter requesting a refund and asked him to cease and desist his services. He received the letter 6/2/08, his secretary Kimberly confirmed that the letter was received, yet this attorney showed up this morning to represent his former client.
