She was legal guardian for a child in a divorce. She was focused on minimizing the impact of the divorce on the child and continually focused on that in discussions. She worked with the child to create a unique schedule that seemed to worked for all involved. Unfortunately the schedule became difficult for the child but neither the two divorce lawyers nor the two parents saw that coming.
