I was facing extremely serious charges that I was not guilty of, had no money for an attorney so he was appointed by the court. He went over and beyond for me during what was truly the most frightening time of my life. I had no faith whatsoever in the system and feared the worst. Randy Siper handed my freedom back to me last night. He and his assistant Risa are a true blessing. Anyone who has him for representation is extremely fortunate. I am so grateful to have met him and had access to his services.

rude and unethical. quite a digusting man. He represented my landlord, who is not only a crominal, but a negligent landlord who has not paid his mortgage since we moved in yet has been collecting our rent. He lost his case to me because he blatantly lied. A fool

he's very unprofessional and unethical. Always late or not showing up for appointment for court appointment. Not knowledgeable at all. His invoice is not accurate.

Horrid! Charged $350 for a half hour and he missed everything in my divorce agreement. Very poor lawyer!!!

Mr. Siper is an arrogant and disingenuous attorney who billed for services which he did not complete. While he is knowledgeable of trial process, he is unable to manage his time effectively and overlooked several key aspects of our custody dispute. These gaps caused us to lose our proceedings and our motion to appeal was dismissed. As a woman, I often felt that he was demeaning and would not recommend him for anything larger than a traffic ticket.

Does not return phone calls, does not follow up on promises... promises are to be broken with this lawyer! His secretary (who answers the phone) is very, very rude. Oh, and motions; what are those other than things he says he will draft when you hire him. This lawyer is listed twice -- same guy.

I have previously commented in 2006, where i had stated that he was a good man and that i look up to him,in 2007 he has lost my trust and faith in knowing that he could help my father as well as myself. He betrayed my trust and he lied to my father. He told us he would help and a year and a half later he refered us to another lawyer .He also did not return and call us to give us updates on our court situation . Im am very dissapointed in his conduct and in my opinion, I do not believe that when you make promise to someone you would help them and then proceed to do nothing, is just plain wrong and decitful.

He never returns calls promptly, prolongs taking action. Takes to much on his plate I will say. Lets clients hangout on the edge of a branch. Has a VERY Rude Secretary.

Randy lost due process in my case four times & I had no idea because he kept telling me all was okay. I lost my case and ultimately my children. He failed to appeal, failed to write the promised letters, failed to interview my witnesses.
