This person engaged in the same types of unprofessional behavior in my case as she did in the other reviews above. She is horrible. She is a real disaster. STAY AWAY!!! She is incompetent. She should not have a license to operate a law practice. Its difficult to understand how the authorities allow her to continue to operate. There is something seriously wrong with her. She initially comes across as attentive, energetic and caring but once she got my retainer she failed to file paper work on a timely basis and didn't do the main things I hired her to do. This ended up hurting my case. Even the lawyer who was opposing me (my ex's lawyer) told the judge that he thought she was incompetent and not providing me responsible legal representation. She is irresponsible and a fraud. She should be arrested. I am not someone who is simply unhappy with a negative but valid result.

Horrible; just absolutely incompetent. Said she filed the paperwork and months went by...so I checked up with the prothonotary of the courts and they said it had not been filed; she just absolutely lied, but came back with the excuse I'm human we all make mistakes....it seems like others had the same things happen; so it's incompetence, and she did absolutely nothing flemme in court; it actually backfired and worked out even worse than the original agreement we had in place, because she did nothing in court to make a case. She will quote you one number saying all inclusive, then try adding fees and charging like she some top attorney, meanwhile the bar must be set pretty low if she's an attorney pun intended. I'm just trying to save others from the same grief I went through for a year when it could have been handled in months.

This woman took 1800 dollars from me to file for a divorce. She was horrible with returning phone calls. After 6 months of me calling her repeatedly to try and find out why I have not heard anything from the courts, she told me she THOUGHT she had filed the divorce papers but it turns out she didn't. She would not refund any of my money and ignored all phone calls afterwards. I have since found out on the bar association website that she has a criminal record. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS WOMAN! SHE IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED!

She sucks!!! Stay away. Doesn't have a clue when it comes to dealing with people one on one. Gives bad advice when asked about filing motions with the courts.

I had to initiate each and every contact with her and had to struggle to get her to complete the work I had paid her to do. She sometimes did not return emails and would not provide an itemized listing of her charges.

Linda is very dedicated and very communicative with me. She always returns phone calls. You can trust her!!! And her fees are very very reasonable!
