Seems like his assistant sarah burgess is answering all my calls. I have tried to talk to him but he is always busy. Complete lack of communication on his end.

Erik Burns represented me in a custody hearing. I won 270 days a year custody of my two wonderful children. He is amazing in the courtroom and very personable as well. He also was able to get the false charges my exwife alleged against me dismissed. He is a very good attorney. Erik worked with me and my family to find payment arrangements that fit within our needs and I'm happy to say it didn't break the bank. Thanks Erik all my goals were met in the courtroom and the wallet.

Erik Burns is the best lawyer in town. If I could give him a 10 rating I would since a 5 seems low. He was able to help my family member get sole custody, child support, false criminal charges dropped, and divorced. He is very thorough and fights for your legal rights. I would never go to or recommend anyone other than him. If you are having legal issues and need a lawyers help, he is definitely your guy. I can't thank him enough for what he has done for our family.

Erik is a fantastic attorney, the best in his field! If you need someone to get you through a tough time, while keeping you informed and up to date, Erik is the person you want. He is very knowledgable, trustworthy, and wants what is best for all involved. I couldn't imagine using anyone else.

Mr. Burns is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. If you are in search of a very capable attorney with great work ethics then he is the lawyer for you. He helped my entire family with many legal problems and family matters. I would recommend him to anyone in need of good legal representation. Erik Burns is simply amazing at his profession. He was encouraging, compassionate and caring during a difficult time in my life. He helped me immensely with my case. He is professional, well spoken, trustworthy and very knowledgeable in his field. He is committed to doing what is best for his clients and always ensures that he protects the rights and intrests of his clients and thier children. He is quick to respond to your questions and explains what is happening every step of the way. I am so grateful to know him and to have him looking out for me and my daughter. Some folks are impossible to please... Erik Burns represented me in a serious and very complicated custody battle last summer in which his skills were truly tested. He is very knowledgeable in his area of expertise, and his attention to deail is unsurpassed. As an attorney, he's experienced and ethical. I have a great deal of respect for Erik, as he displayed his moral fiber by acting in what he felt was my daughter's best interest and continued to work diligently, even in the face of adversity.
