Bodenhamer made our divorce as acrimonious as possible and did more to exacerbate problems than to solve them. She seemed to have no interest in our family - only in winning at any cost. And we paid ALL the costs.

Katrina would take days to answer texts, emails or phone calls. She also took eight months to file for spousal support and only then because I kept asking her to do so. She let nine months pass after we requested discovery documents from my ex before going to court to compel him to do so. Also, for 6 months she sent my bills to my ex's address. I kept telling her I wasn't getting any invoices and I needed them. The mistake only came to light when I received a forwarded bill. She also made numerous basic errors in documents including reversing petitioner/respondent in the first divorce decree, all of which I caught. She threatened to drop me as a client two days before an important court date if I did not pay $3000 in full before then. This without any warnings and only receiving one invoice because the others had been to my ex!

Katrina did not provide competent representation. Not only did she fail to notify client of important dates, she also did not file items with the court. She would not respond to client in a timely fashion,and often did not respond at all. After she was caught in a lie, she withdrew as the attorney for the case. She violated Rule 1.1, 1.3 and 1.4 of the American Bar Association, time and time again.

My husband and I are in the middle of a relocation case for his children. We want to move out of state. Due to OK laws we have to give notice to the birth mother. She submitted an objection to our notice. We are headed to court. Ms. Bodenhamer has been the best lawyer we could ever ask for. She is full of knowledge, understands the laws of Oklahoma and helps us understand them, helps us know what we need to prepare for, what paperwork we need and even texts me back when needed any time of the day! Our case is going to take a long time and we’re up for the fight…but we would NOT be able to win this war without Katrina Bodenhamer!

Katrina bodenhamer has been enormously helpful to me in my divorce case. She is available at any time to answer any questions or concerns I may have. In addition to being supportive and understanding, Ms. Bodenhamer continues to demonstrate a broad knowledge and keen perception of Oklahoma State Law. She is definitely the most excellent lawyer anybody would want to have on his or her side in a court of law. Ms. Bodenhamer helped me get custody of my girls in my divorce. My wife was claiming I was a drunk and abuser. Ms. Bodenhamer worked and worked on my case, and when I wanted to give up because of the smear campaign against me, she kept reminding me that it wasn't just about me but also about my kids who needed me. I had another lawyer before her and he did not seem to care about me at all. Ms. Bodenhamer treated me like I mattered and like my kids mattered. Well it took awhile, the courts and process are slow and frustrating, but we won! I am going to send her a card on each of my kids' birthdays every year.

Great! Just loved her, she really knew her stuff and stuck through all with me in a very bad case. Charged me half of what my previous lawyer did.

poor communication, charges are questionable, employs stalling tactics and drags out everything.
