Ms Potts was extremely unresponsive. It took her months to respond to letters from my opponent lawyer. I had to follow up with her 5 to 6 times before she would return a phone call. Each time she had an excuse. She was ill, her staff was ill, she was out of town, etc. My case was handled so poorly that I would have been better represented if I acted as my own lawyer. Please, the only satisfaction I have from using this lawyer is warning prospective clients not to use her.

I agree with the previous review. Tracy Potts always has an excuse to avoid responding - she's ill, traveling, in a conference, whatever. Her rates are excessive compared to other attorneys. My parents hired her because she gave them a low estimate. Then after they died, her fees were 12 times what she quoted and the estate was forced to pay.

In my experience this lawyer does not follow through on promises; does not crorrespond courteously; fails to follow through on necessary details to administer trusts and submits vastly padded bills for non-existant work. In my experience, my family has lost thousands of dollars as a result of this lawyer's actions. I am writing to halp other families avoid the same tragedy we have suffered as a result of this person's administration of our mother's estate.
