Professional and empathetic service. Phil Jusino never backs down from a fight no matter how complicated the case is. Both him and his staff are kind and helpful throughout the case. He is a great trial lawyer and is very knowledgeable on family law. Highly recommended, thanks Phil!

Phillip is a horrible lawyer. He did nothing of value for me. He made decisions without my consent and thought nothing trough. His ability to argue effectively is non existent. He can't even argue effectively about his billing. One time he told me it is OK for him to waste time and bill for it because people in his office waste time and he pays them for that. I explained to him that he is not a $10 dollar an hour employee and that the time he spends at $350 per hour needs to be constructive. He is fantastic at wasting time and billing for every second of it. He would review my file, that only contains ten pages of penitent information, for over 20 hours and remember nothing of any details.
Phillip should have been a used car salesman. He is great at getting a retainer check from you. He comes off confident and eager to work, but after he gets the check, the work stops. He is just a money hungry scum-bag that wants to bilk his clients out of as much money as possible.

He always forgets everything about my case. Continues to ask for paperwork he has. Never remembers a thing. Everyone in family court shuts him down he has no respect in the court. Waist of 5,000 everyday he came he just stood there I did everything myself

Hi, I have used Phil on several occasions and have been nothing but satisfied. He has handled several cases for me. His office did my house closing, he personally handled my child custody case, and his sister handled traffic tickets for my son. I wholly support and recommend him.

Weak knowledge of child support laws. Unaware that expert testimony is required in berating cases. Easily distracted and forgets case facts. Forgot to notify me about key dates, I.e. appeal deadlines etc Have dealt with other attorneys and even the weakest were stronger than him. Sorry, not everyone who graduates law school is at the top of the class.

Useless.
No knowledge of real estate law, whatsoever, although he seems knowledgeable. His trial skills prove he is totally incompetent, and $10,000 later yields a dismissed case after MULTIPLE adjournments, as he is unaware of proper policy/documentation requirements. Very happy to take your money and lie to you, make excuses for everything under the sun, intent to pass almost everything to his sister or father (equally incompetent), and NOT return phone calls, timely, or at all. Horrible. A total waste of money, time, and effort.

Phil wasted my time money and lost every time in family court. I went from joint custody to 4 hours of visitation a week. He sent in his sister multiple times and charged well above his pay grade. Didn't have any cross examining skills. I wish I never hired him. He set me back years. Nickel and dimed me for emails and phone calls. Honestly the guy is a moron and has no idea what he's doing. I has to relieve him of his duties due to lack of results and overcharging. Your better off saving your money and represent yourself before hire Phil Jusino and his sister. Overall the firm is out for your money and not the best interests of your child. Please do not let Phil represent you in family court you will be sorry you did like me. I'm literally crying in the parking of the CI court house with a huge bill and the worst visitation schedule ever. I could of been a confict out of prison with drug problems and represented myself and still got a better result

He never knew what was going on with my case. always being passed back and forth between him and his sister. always looking to just settle. never wanted to fight for my rights as a father.. collected a lot of money from me in adjournments and in the end did nothing for me I couldn't of just done myself!

I recommend Phillip to anyone dealing with child custody and child support issues. He knows everything there is to know about the law and its very easy to work with. He dedicated a lot of time to make sure my case had the best possible outcome.

Terrible attorney, thank god I didn't need him to represent me in court. Used him as a real estate atty and I think I would have been better off doing it all myself. Nice when he takes his fees but after that, never returns your calls and poor accuracy. With documentstion. Would never use him again.
