Stay away from this lawyer. He failed to follow the rules on an appeal costing me upwards of $1 million or more because he did not know, and follow the rules and law. He did a horrible job in getting custody Agreement eencorced for my daughter. Always putting things off for months when he was always taking time off for his own kids. Also he failed to timely file motions in a custody case. He has a bad temper. He should not be allowed to practice law he is so negligent.

John is impressive! A friend also worked with him and was equally impressed by his willingness to negotiate outside the courtroom. Client concern is his primary focus. He encouraged mediation and avoided unnecessary charges by offering consulting services (as needed) in lieu of a standard retainer fee. John is tenacious when he needs to be, but his ego is well in check...something that is rare in the field. He is responsive and, as the father of young children, he is sensitive to parent-child needs. John will exceed your expectations.
