Alan eckstein a key west attorney hired by ocean key resort-noble house hotels & resorts allows his client to commit grand theft. The yacht that was stolen by hotel representatives was taken under florida statuate 328.17 which doen not allow someone to take illegal posession of vessel to return it to their posession. The boat has been heavily damaged since in their posession,items stolen off boat and even a fire on board. After all this alan eckstein oversees illegal auction of such vessel which was purchased by jacksonville man a couple weeks ago. After this man learned of how it was taken illegally from me he called his attorney in jacksonville which confirmed to me & his client -and alan eckstein boat was illegally taken under florida law. it was also illegally sold and now his client who paid 71,000 for boat cannot even get it titled due to their illegal taking of vessel.to read more on this story see blog link below youll be amazed. http://keywestcorruption.blogspot.com/
