Biased towards Dads. Didn't take my case seriously. Was more concerned about how much money I had to pay him than my rights and explaining them to me. He consulted more with my ex's attorney who once represented me in a paternity case than he did with me and he said I had no rights when it came to refusing that lawyer represent in my case because she had represented both my ex and I in previous years. The opposing attorney was Traci Capistrant who I won full custody of my first son with. Corrupt business, call them out in front of the Judge. They are banking on...that you won't.

Lee Hacklander was a great lawyer in my divorce. He is more than fare.Explains things well.And always kept me informed.He has a lot of integrety,and always treated me with respect.He worked quickly and got me the money from my divorce that I deserved. I would highly recommend him for anyone that needs a great lawyer for their divorce.

Great lawyer. He really helped me out. He got me an amazing deal in my divorce and was very fairly priced. He truly is a really nice guy which is hard to find for a lawyer. I've used him for all my court dates and will continue to use him.

Lee was a straight shooter. He listened and took very detailed notes. He read through all of my documentation faster than my previous $500 / hour attorney and told me exactly what to do and what to expect. He was right on the mark. So much better value, clearly more experienced. He doesn't work for billing hours, he works for results. But I can see where he won't put up with clients who got themselves in bad situations and then want miracles. It's clear he cares for the well being of kids and families. So rare for an attorney to actually CARE. I would recommend him to anyone.

Lee communicates poorly. He doesn't return phone calls and leaves messages saying he will be in the office for a few minutes and then out for days. Very frustrating to work with.

I was extremely pleased with the results I received, thanks in no small part to Lee's advice and handling of my divorce. I would recommend him to anyone finding themselves in need of a good attorney.

Lee is a fighter and showed compassion and empathy for mine and my kids circumstance - and that passion came through when working with the other sides and in court. He truly understands what is like when people go through divorce and custody issues. He is honest, ethical, fair and passionate. Also, his rates were incredibly reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone who needed a family lawyer.

Lee represented me in my divorce recently. He was very timely in his responses to me and also very clear in showing me my options. He was very fair in his billing practices and discussions with me to help me make me decisions in my best interest. I would definatly recommend him.

Mr. Hacklander was a GREAT advocate for my situation. He always kept me imformed and explained every thing to me in words the average person could understand. He was very honest about everything even if he thought it was something i did not want to hear. I would recommend him as a great advocate

I am very greatfull for all the work Lee did for me with my divorce. He work very hard to try to make my divorce final before the end of the year and we did . He emailed me with updates & returned my phone calls very promptly. He was very professional and I would recommend him to anyone who finds themselves in this difficulte situation.

I had a positive experience. Lee kept me informed,and answered all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner. I was also extremely impressed with his integrity and adherence to ethical standards,qualities that were evident throughout the process. He was professional and also had a level of compassion I hadn't expected to see in a lawyer. Lee helped to make the difficult process of a divorce a little easier. I will definately recommend him to others.

I felt it took way to long to get it done, but it wasn't Lee's fault. Lee wouldn't change anymore wording in my documentation when I wanted it to be changed, overall I feel he handled my situation to the best of his ability, but wanted me to do things I felt weren't needed - hope it doesn't turn out he was right in the long run. I feel for being in contact with him for about 10 months he didn't remember my situation very well.

We found Lee in the phone book & took a chance & dialed his number, not having any other reference point. Upon our first conversation he came across as extremely knowledgeable & easy to understand. He was most thorough & ethical in handling our case. We rate him A+++++ in all of the above!

I've known Lee Hacklander about 7 or 8 years and he has represented me on about 6 or 7 cases which involve litigation. Lee must have been an "A" student in school cuz he is dang smart. He can remember most everything. Also, Lee is a litigator, which means "street fighter in the courtroom". He is my guy.
