I sat with Jeff for half an hour today as he specializes in defamation and commercial disputes. I couldn't have made a better choice. He came prepared for the meeting after reading my documentation and his advice was targeted, focused and friendly. His explained why he was asking various questions and was very respectful of my own. At no point did I feel confused or rushed. There was a minor issue processing my payment, and his staff handled the matter professionally without causing delays in my legal process. Jeffrey and I will likely not go to trial together as my case may not require it, but I would retain him. Therefore, I could not honestly rate his "tenacity." I provided him an arbitrary rating of five in this department as my own experience was "five out of five (out of four.)" -AL
