Mr. Low was pleasant, professional, and easy to communicate with during client meetings. However, my experience with the handling of my matter was disappointing. I experienced significant delays in receiving responses to emails and phone calls, and I often felt that I needed to initiate contact rather than seeing the file move forward proactively. As a result, I ultimately decided to retain new counsel. While others may have had different experiences, I would not recommend him to someone looking for frequent communication and active, proactive file management.
