I used him as my friend used him once, but he is an awful lawyer I ever had. He said his consul fee ($565) could be credited in his retainer, that is why I went ahead to use him. But after the consultation, he said he will pass my case to other senior lawyer . But right next day he says he won’t take my case. No clear explanation, saying he is managing director who can do anything he wants! I wanted to proceed as he assured me in advance there are experienced senior lawyers in the team for my high conflict case. I was very upset as he shut down his contact with me and I lost the $565 for nothing! He performed just as intaker and made reports which I already knew. If they clarified in advance that there could be a case he won’t take , I would never go ahead with him for consul. I feel like I was deceived by him. This company only exploits money from the clients. Do NOT use him and Pace Law Firm !!
