After 8 mths of rep, $40,000 in charges I was still at the financial disclosure stage. I had to chase for copies of motions/orders. Very poor communication -had to ask same question many times for an answer. I was exorbitantly charged for every email, including emails she sent to the opposing counsel to help them file their paperwork and set court dates! She would change strategy the night before paperwork was to be filed & still charge me for those wasted hours & documents not filed. She would send documents to me for review literally hours to minutes before the deadlines for filing with the court which lead to affidavits being filed missing details/information, wrong details/dates with no time to review, correct & file before the deadline. The few Phone calls that took place she spent arguing with me the details of my life or details of evidence I gave to her. I was billed always before important deadlines & when questioned the billing was told pay or no further representation.
